Exchanges & Right of Withdrawal
For exchanges and returns, you have fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from the purchase made through the online store. This fourteen (14) day period for exercising the right of withdrawal begins on the day following the date on which you acquired possession of the purchased goods.
Defective Products
Replacement of a defective product may be carried out provided that its packaging is submitted (so that the product can be returned to the supplier company) and provided that the defect is due to a manufacturing fault and does not result from improper use by the consumer or violation of the product’s usage instructions (improper use, drop, exposure to sunlight, etc.).
Shipping costs for returning the defective product are borne by the customer, while in the case of replacement or repair, shipment of the new or repaired product to the customer is free of charge.
Return Terms
Returns are accepted only if the returned products are in exactly the same condition as upon receipt, with their packaging intact, and accompanied by the relevant proof of purchase (retail receipt or invoice). The package must be sent via the courier service through which the order was originally delivered. Please mark the package with “Attention: Returns Department”. Shipping costs for returning a product that does not meet the criteria to be classified as defective are borne by the customer.
Refunds
The right of withdrawal is exercised when you wish to return a product purchased from our online store and receive a refund, provided that it is returned in its original condition and has been determined to be defective or does not meet your expectations. Refunds are processed within ten (10) business days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
Order Modification or Cancellation
Order modification is possible before the order is completed and registered. Cancellation of an order after it has been registered in the system of the online store www.beautyhood.gr may only be carried out under specific and very strict conditions. If the user wishes to cancel their order, they must contact us by phone or e-mail using the provided contact details. If the items selected for cancellation were immediately available and have already been scheduled for shipment, BEAUTYHOOD.GR bears no responsibility and cannot proceed with the cancellation.
